Jessica serves as the Office Manager at The Law Offices of Kimberly Butler Rainen, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations with exceptional organizational skill and leadership. Since joining the firm in 2021, Jessica has advanced from an assistant role to managing all staff and providing comprehensive human resource support.
With her keen attention to detail, Jessica coordinates important meetings, conferences, and special events that strengthen the firm’s connection to clients and the community. Her commitment to efficiency ensures that client experiences are seamless from the first phone call through the completion of their estate planning journey.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in social work from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire in 2020. This educational background enhances her understanding of the complex personal situations many clients face when seeking estate planning and elder law services.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys skiing during New England winters and relaxing by the lake with friends and family during warmer months.
